- How do I book a site?
- Booking is online through our Campspot calendar, which shows live availability and pricing for every RV site, cabin, and tent site. If you would rather talk to someone, give us a call and we will get you set up.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 12:00 pm.
- Where exactly are you, and how far is the drive?
- We are at 37323 Highway 1055 in Mount Hermon, Louisiana, in Washington Parish near the Bogue Chitto River. It is just over an hour from both New Orleans and Baton Rouge, which makes us an easy weekend rather than a road trip.
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes — the park is pet friendly. Keep pets leashed and with you, and clean up after them so the sites stay good for everyone.
- What hookups do you have?
- There are 255 RV sites in total. 100 of them are full hookup with 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer, in a mix of back-in and pull-through. The rest are 30 amp electric and water. Tent sites also have electric and water.
- Do you have cabins?
- We have four cabins, and each one sleeps up to six. Bring your own linens, towels, soap, and grill.
- Is there a swimming pool?
- Yes, and you can swim in the creek as well. There is also a stocked fishing pond.
- What is there to do at the park?
- Swimming in the pool and the creek, fishing the stocked pond, walking the trails, the playground and GaGa ball, and the 6,000 sq ft pavilion where live music and events happen. Bingo runs on Thursday evenings.
- Can I bring a golf cart?
- Yes. A personal golf cart pass is available as an add-on when you book through Campspot.
- What are your office hours?
- We are open daily, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Do you have laundry, bathrooms, and showers?
- Yes — there are bathrooms and showers on the grounds, and laundry is available for an additional cost.
- Is there a discount for Good Sam members?
- Yes. Book two or more nights on any RV site and use code GOODSAM at checkout. It applies to a maximum of seven nights per reservation.
